Our 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a fine product coming from the traditional production of our oil mill in Dolcedo: it shares with all of our oils the extremely high quality of the olives used, the recovery of traditional oil-making and all the scent of Liguria. Produced by selecting the best of Italian local olives – including the regional Taggiasca, Colombaia, Pignola and Mortina – this oil offers all the organoleptic qualities of a valuable product in a perfectly balanced mix of flavours and aromas.
Produced from olives harvested with manual beating, then cold ground within 24 hours in our traditional mill with granite grindstones to preserve all of its incredible qualities.
