The Sun-dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil for sale on the Frantoio San Martino website are a very popular speciality of the Italian gastronomic tradition: an integral part of the Mediterranean diet, our tomatoes are traditionally chosen among the best, then salted and left to dry in the sun. The result is a product that is perfect as an appetizer, side dish or snack, here in a special fine version thanks to the addition of the high-quality extra virgin olive oil that we produce in our mill.

Serving suggestions: Our Sun-dried tomatoes are ideal to serve as an appetizer or aperitif, on bruschetta and as a side dish to the second courses of Italian cuisine; they are also perfect to give a Mediterranean touch to cold pasta and salads.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. Once opened, cover with oil and keep refrigerated.
